1. Digital delivery
Glutathione Training provides professional education primarily through an online learning platform. Unless a product or service expressly states otherwise, course purchases do not involve delivery of a physical product.
Course materials, learning activities, assessments, feedback, results and eligible certificates are provided electronically through the platform or associated digital communications.
2. What digital delivery may include
Depending on the course or service purchased, digital delivery may include:
- online course modules and sections;
- educational text, images, diagrams and multimedia;
- video and subtitle or caption resources;
- required or recommended reading;
- formative learning activities;
- multiple-choice assessments;
- written submissions;
- reviewer feedback;
- results and learning records;
- digital certificates where completion requirements are satisfied.
3. Account requirement
Access to protected learning material normally requires a registered Glutathione Training account.
The account used for enrolment should belong to the individual learner unless an organisational arrangement expressly provides otherwise.
Account access must not be shared with another person.
4. When delivery begins
Where immediate digital delivery is offered, course access may begin after successful payment, registration, enrolment and any necessary security or eligibility checks.
The point at which digital supply legally begins may be relevant to cancellation rights. Further information is available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Order and enrolment confirmation
A successful payment does not necessarily mean that every course is immediately available for study. The platform may also need to create or confirm the relevant enrolment and apply any course prerequisites or access rules.
Where email confirmation is provided, users should ensure that the email address associated with their account is accurate and that legitimate platform messages are not being blocked by their email provider.
6. Foundation and specialist course access
Specialist education may be subject to successful completion of a required Foundation course or another stated prerequisite.
Where a prerequisite applies, an enrolment or purchase may exist before the specialist course becomes available for study. Access will remain subject to satisfaction of the applicable prerequisite.
7. Course progression
Individual courses may apply structured progression requirements. Certain sections, assessments, submissions or completion states may depend on earlier learning requirements being satisfied.
The ability to view part of a course does not necessarily mean that the learner has completed that part or is eligible to complete later certification requirements.
8. Assessment delivery
Assessments are delivered electronically through the learning platform unless otherwise specified.
Objective assessment components may be automatically processed, while written submissions, competency evidence and other activities may require human review.
Submission of an assessment does not guarantee immediate review, finalisation or certification.
9. Human review
Where a course requires human assessment or approval, digital delivery includes the relevant review workflow.
Reasonable processing time may therefore be required between submission of learner work and the availability of final feedback, results or certification.
10. Certificates
Where a course includes certification, a certificate becomes available only after all applicable completion and approval requirements have been satisfied.
Depending on the course, this may include completion of required learning sections, assessments, written submissions, competency requirements, pass thresholds and human reviewer approval.
A payment receipt or course enrolment is not evidence of successful course completion.
11. Technical requirements
Users are responsible for having reasonable access to the technology required to use an online learning service.
This may include:
- a reliable internet connection;
- a current web browser;
- a device capable of displaying modern web content;
- an active email account;
- the ability to view relevant documents and multimedia;
- JavaScript and essential browser functionality where required by the platform.
12. Mobile devices
The platform is designed to support responsive use on modern devices. However, some detailed professional learning activities, long written submissions, documents or complex scientific material may be easier to complete on a larger screen.
13. Browser compatibility
We aim to support current mainstream browsers. Very old, unsupported or unusually configured browsers may not provide full platform functionality.
Where a problem occurs, users may be asked to test a current browser or another device as part of technical troubleshooting.
14. Delivery delays
Digital access can occasionally be delayed by payment confirmation, account verification, security checks, technical faults, maintenance or third-party service disruption.
A short and reasonably remediable delay does not necessarily mean that the service has failed to be delivered.
Material or persistent delivery problems should be reported so that they can be investigated.
15. Planned maintenance
The platform may occasionally require maintenance, software updates, security changes or infrastructure work.
We aim to minimise material disruption where reasonably practicable. Temporary unavailability caused by maintenance does not ordinarily terminate an enrolment or remove the learner's course record.
16. Third-party services
Delivery may depend in part on reputable third-party infrastructure or services, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security or externally hosted educational resources.
Where a third-party incident affects delivery, we will take reasonable steps within our control to restore or provide the relevant service.
17. External reading and research
Courses may direct learners to scientific papers, guidance, research databases or other third-party resources.
Some external resources may require separate registration, institutional access or a subscription that is outside Glutathione Training's control. Where a paid external resource is essential rather than optional, this should be made clear where reasonably practicable.
18. Downloadable materials
Certain materials may be made available for download. Download permission does not transfer ownership of intellectual property or permit unrestricted copying, publication or commercial redistribution.
Use of course materials remains subject to our Terms & Conditions.
19. Access duration
Where a course has a defined access period, that period should be stated in the applicable course or purchase information.
Where no permanent-access commitment is expressly made, enrolment should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the platform or a particular version of a course will remain available indefinitely.
Reasonable changes may be required as scientific evidence, technology and educational programmes develop.
20. Course updates
Course content may be corrected, updated or revised to reflect changes in scientific evidence, safety information, professional standards, references, technology or educational design.
Such updates form part of maintaining a current professional education service and do not necessarily constitute replacement of the purchased course with a different product.
21. Organisational access
Employer, institutional or group training arrangements may use different enrolment, provisioning, reporting or access processes.
Where a separate organisational agreement applies, its specific delivery terms may take precedence over this general policy for that arrangement.
22. If your course does not appear
If an expected course is not visible after enrolment, first check:
- that you are signed into the correct account;
- that payment or enrolment was successfully completed;
- whether the course has a prerequisite;
- whether you received an enrolment or transaction confirmation;
- whether a temporary platform notice explains the issue.
If the problem remains, contact us rather than creating duplicate accounts or making a second purchase.
23. Incorrect account or email address
If a purchase is associated with an incorrect email address or account, contact us promptly. We may need to verify the transaction and identity before changing account or enrolment information.
24. Accessibility
We aim to make digital educational delivery reasonably accessible. Information about our approach and how to report an accessibility barrier is available in our Accessibility Statement.
25. Privacy and security
Digital delivery necessarily involves processing account, enrolment and learning information.
Information about this processing is available in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection & GDPR information.
26. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the learning platform, payment systems, course-delivery methods and associated services develop.
27. Digital delivery support
If a purchased course has not been delivered to your account as expected, use our Contact Us page.
Registered learners experiencing a problem with an existing enrolment can also use the learner Support Centre.
Please include the relevant course, account email and transaction or enrolment reference where available. Do not send full payment-card details.
