1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Glutathione Training website, learning platform, courses, assessments, educational materials, learner account and associated services.
By registering for an account, purchasing or enrolling in a course, or otherwise using services to which these Terms apply, you agree to comply with these Terms together with any course-specific requirements and policies expressly incorporated into them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use the relevant service.
2. About Glutathione Training
Glutathione Training provides specialist professional education relating to glutathione science, redox biology and associated areas of health and professional practice.
Our programmes may include educational content, objective assessments, written submissions, reflective activities, human review, feedback, competency assessment, learning records and certification.
3. Professional education — not individual medical care
Educational material should be interpreted in the context of the learner's qualifications, professional scope of practice, applicable law, professional standards, employer policies and the circumstances of an individual patient or client.
Completion of a course does not expand a learner's statutory or professional scope of practice and does not authorise an activity that the learner would otherwise be prohibited or unqualified to perform.
4. Eligibility and professional audience
Courses may be designed for healthcare professionals, allied health professionals, nutrition and wellness professionals, researchers, health consultants, educators or other appropriate professional audiences.
Certain courses may have prerequisites, qualification expectations or other eligibility requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate information where eligibility information is requested.
We may refuse, suspend or restrict access where a stated prerequisite has not been met or where access would otherwise be inappropriate or inconsistent with the educational structure of the programme.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity undertaken through your account.
You must:
- provide accurate registration information;
- keep relevant account information reasonably current;
- use your own account rather than sharing access with another person;
- take reasonable steps to protect your password and authentication information;
- notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
Accounts and course access are personal to the registered learner unless an organisational agreement expressly provides otherwise.
6. Course information
We aim to describe courses accurately, including their intended audience, educational objectives, approximate learning time, prerequisites, assessment requirements and other material features.
Educational content may be updated to reflect developing scientific evidence, professional practice, regulatory requirements, corrections or improvements to the programme.
Reasonable changes may therefore be made to course content without altering the fundamental nature of a course already purchased.
7. Foundation and specialist prerequisites
Where a specialist course requires successful completion of a Foundation course or another prerequisite, purchase or enrolment does not necessarily mean that immediate study access to the specialist material will be available.
A prerequisite must be satisfied before restricted specialist study can begin where that requirement forms part of the applicable course structure.
8. Purchases and prices
Prices displayed at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant transaction, subject to any clearly stated taxes, discounts, organisational arrangements or other applicable charges.
A purchase is not complete until the relevant payment process has been successfully completed and the enrolment or order has been accepted.
We may change prices for future purchases. A later price change does not ordinarily alter the price of a completed earlier transaction.
9. Payment processing
Payments may be processed by an authorised third-party payment provider. The payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy arrangements to information it processes.
We may retain transaction references, payment status, invoice information and other records reasonably required for enrolment, accounting, taxation, refunds, fraud prevention and customer support.
10. Digital course access
Courses and related materials are supplied digitally through the learning platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
Access requirements, commencement arrangements and other digital-delivery information are described in our Digital Delivery Policy.
11. Assessments
A course may contain formative activities, scored assessments, written submissions, practical or competency-related evidence, final assessments or combinations of these.
Learners are responsible for completing assessments personally and in accordance with the instructions applicable to the course.
Objective questions may be automatically scored. Written or competency-based work may be subject to human review.
12. Assessment integrity
You must not:
- submit another person's work as your own;
- allow another person to complete assessments on your behalf;
- misrepresent professional experience, qualifications or assessment evidence;
- obtain or distribute restricted assessment answers improperly;
- attempt to manipulate assessment, scoring or certification systems;
- use automated tools in a manner prohibited by the assessment instructions.
We may investigate suspected academic or assessment misconduct and may withhold, invalidate or revoke an assessment outcome or certificate where there is sufficient evidence that the integrity of the result has been materially compromised.
13. Written submissions and confidentiality
Learners must not submit identifiable patient information, confidential clinical records or unnecessary sensitive personal data in assessments, reflections, case studies or other educational submissions.
Where clinical examples are used, learners are responsible for ensuring appropriate anonymisation, fictionalisation or other lawful handling consistent with their professional and legal obligations.
14. Pass requirements
Each course may specify its own assessment structure and completion requirements. These may include a minimum percentage, completion of required learning activities, satisfactory written submissions, competency requirements and/or human reviewer approval.
Completing course content alone does not necessarily constitute successful completion of the course where assessment or reviewer requirements remain outstanding.
15. Human review and certification
Where the applicable course requires human review, a certificate will not be issued solely because automated assessment components have been passed.
Required written work, competency evidence and other applicable requirements must also be completed and approved in accordance with the course process.
Certification records may be retained as part of the permanent or long-term educational evidence associated with the learner's completion.
16. CPD and professional recognition
Where a course carries a stated CPD status, CPD hours or independent accreditation, the relevant course information should identify the applicable arrangement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, completion of a Glutathione Training course does not guarantee that a particular employer, regulator, professional body, licensing authority, insurer or other organisation will accept the course for a specific professional purpose.
Learners remain responsible for checking the requirements applicable to their own profession, registration, employment and jurisdiction.
17. Scientific evidence and evolving knowledge
Health and biomedical science develops continuously. Educational material reflects the evidence and professional understanding considered appropriate at the time of preparation or review but should not be treated as permanently definitive.
Different studies may reach different conclusions, evidence quality varies, and some applications of glutathione-related interventions remain uncertain, emerging or outside established clinical practice.
Our educational approach may therefore discuss evidence limitations, conflicting findings, mechanistic research and areas requiring further investigation.
18. Product and commercial references
Educational material may discuss named products, delivery systems, supplements, pharmaceuticals, technologies or commercial organisations where relevant to the subject.
A reference does not by itself constitute endorsement or establish clinical efficacy. Evidence should be considered according to its quality, relevance and limitations.
Where Glutathione Training has a material commercial or affiliate relationship relevant to linked content or a product reference, an appropriate disclosure should be made where required.
19. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, course materials, original text, graphics, assessment materials, platform content, educational structures, branding and other original materials made available by Glutathione Training are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Purchase or enrolment gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the relevant materials for your own permitted learning and professional development.
You must not, without appropriate permission:
- copy or republish substantial course content;
- sell, sublicense or commercially redistribute course materials;
- share account access or restricted learning materials;
- reproduce assessment banks or model answers;
- scrape, systematically extract or create an unauthorised database from platform content;
- present Glutathione Training material as your own training product.
20. Permitted professional use
Knowledge acquired through training may naturally be applied within a learner's lawful professional practice. The intellectual-property restrictions above are not intended to prevent a learner from using knowledge and skills genuinely acquired through study.
They do, however, protect the underlying course materials, assessment content, original educational resources and proprietary platform content from unauthorised reproduction or commercial redistribution.
21. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or platform to:
- break applicable law;
- infringe another person's rights;
- upload malicious code or interfere with platform security;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data or administrative functions;
- harass staff, reviewers, learners or other users;
- submit fraudulent information;
- circumvent course prerequisites or access controls;
- use automated extraction or attack tools against the service.
22. Availability and maintenance
We aim to provide a reliable online service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, security work, hosting or network incidents, software updates, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably practicable, we will seek to minimise material disruption to learner access.
23. External links
Courses and public pages may link to scientific literature, professional resources, regulatory information or third-party websites.
External resources are provided for information, reference or educational context. We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their continuing availability, content, security or terms.
24. Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the nature of the purchase, the applicable legal rights and whether digital course access or performance of the service has begun.
The detailed rules applicable to refunds and cancellation are set out in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict an account or course access where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, security risk, serious misuse, assessment misconduct, unlawful activity, non-payment or material breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide an opportunity for the user to clarify or remedy the issue.
26. Certificates and invalidation
A certificate records completion under the requirements applicable to the relevant course and learner at the time of award.
We may correct or invalidate a certificate where it was issued because of administrative error, fraudulent information, impersonation, serious assessment misconduct or another material defect affecting the validity of the award.
27. Limitation of educational reliance
The platform provides education and information rather than patient-specific clinical advice. Users remain responsible for professional judgement and for obtaining appropriate specialist, medical, legal, regulatory or other advice where required.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glutathione Training is not responsible for a user's independent clinical, commercial or professional decision made outside the platform merely because information relevant to that decision was discussed in educational material.
28. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to mandatory legal rights, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from use of educational material outside its intended purpose.
Any limitation of liability will be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
29. Privacy and data protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection & GDPR information.
30. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, services, law or operational requirements.
Material changes affecting existing users or purchases will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law. The current version will remain available on this page.
31. Governing law and mandatory rights
The contractual relationship will be governed by the law properly applicable to the transaction and the circumstances of the parties.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive an individual of mandatory consumer or statutory protections that apply to them and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
32. Questions about these Terms
Questions about these Terms, a course purchase, enrolment or use of the platform can be submitted through our Contact Us page.
Registered learners requiring assistance with an existing course or account should use the learner Support Centre where appropriate.
